Most people say there is no cure for eczema. But there are things you can do to get rid of it.

Change your diet. Stop eating processed foods. They contain chemicals you may be sensitive to and they are nutritionally empty. You may be starving, no matter how much you weigh. Eat only organic foods. No matter how well you wash non-organic produce, they still contain trace amounts of the pesticides, herbicides, and artificial fertilizers sprayed on them, and you ingest these toxins.

Eating this is your best gamble. Leave alone the acid type fruits. Stick to kinds of berries, pears, diverse apples and various dates.

3 Home Remedies for Eczema

Apply wheatgrass juice to the affected area and also drink 50 ml of the juice two times a day. Wheatgrass acts as a natural antiseptic and is used as a home remedy for eczema.

Mustard seeds are also used as a home remedy for eczema. Pound mustard seeds to form a paste. Now cut and fill the stem of Euphoria neriefolia (snuhi) with this paste, and cover with clay and cook. Take away from the fire and allow it to cool. Mix it in mustard oil and apply locally on the affected area.

Boil some coconut oil along with few garlic cloves. Sieve it and allow it to cool down. Now apply this oil on the affected region 2 or 3 times daily.
